NetClientOCX by Longse, Inc. is an ActiveX-based client component designed for Windows environments and legacy web browsers that support ActiveX (such as Internet Explorer). It enables connectivity to compatible Longse DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras, providing capabilities such as live viewing, multi-channel monitoring, basic playback controls, and PTZ operations, depending on the device and user permissions.
Built for integration into in-house applications or web portals, NetClientOCX offers a programmable interface for common tasks like user authentication, session control, snapshots, and access to basic configuration functions. It is best suited for controlled enterprise or institutional deployments where ActiveX is permitted. Note that modern browsers may not support ActiveX; alternative client software may be required in those environments.
